General:
11 opening ports with insect screens and Ship Shades retracting shades, 5 overhead hatches with screens and 2 dorades.

It has a large V-berth, private door to the head, and lots of storage in drawers, cabinets and a cedar-lined hanging locker.

Next aft to port is the head with marine toilet, mirrored vanity with countertop washbasin, and large shower area.

The salon is roomy and features Island Packet's signature bulkhead-mounted table with a teak bottle storage shelf behind, a straight settee to starboard and an L-shaped settee to port that converts to a double berth.

There is another cedar lined hanging locker in the salon and a roomy chart drawer beneath the settee. Next aft to starboard is the U-shaped galley with LPG stove w/oven, double stainless steel sinks, large refrigerator/freezer, and plenty of storage area.

Opposite to port is the multi-purpose nav station with a unique hinged nav table.

Just aft is the roomy aft stateroom featuring a large double berth and plenty of storage.

The interior is clean with lots of head room, easy access to bilge and thru-hulls..

Galley:
The large U-shaped galley features deep double stainless steel sinks, teak dish racks & cutlery drawers, teak paper towel holder, and flip-up counter extension. It is safe and comfortable for the cook while under-sail and is positioned smartly for handing food to the hungry crew in the cockpit.hideaway trash bin.

Equipment:
Adler-Barbour 12-volt refrigeration with freezer compartment. Air and Seawater cooling.
Pressure hot/cold water system.
Manual fresh water pump at galley sink, sea water feed under galley valved off, not plumbed.

The Island Packet 32 has a full bonded electrical system with a deluxe electrical panel and graphic sailplan display including indicator lights. An additional distribution panel has been added.

Mechanical and Engine
The auxiliary diesel is located behind the companionway steps in a well insulated engine box. The
engine compartment affords good access to the engine, is very clean, and has a fully enclosed oil
pan and access hole in aft cabin for fire extinguisher.

Variable speed Air blower and ducting to stern.

Two Electric bilge pumps, Smaller main pump can be operated via On/Off/Auto switch or automatic via level,

The main halyard and main sheet winch have been upgraded to a Lewmar 30ST. Sheet stops for the main and reef lines are on the coach roof.

Large side decks for accessing coach top and large fore deck for stowing tender when off shore.


Cockpit
The roomy comfortable cockpit features well placed electronics, binnacle cover and complete
cockpit enclosure. The helm wheel is in good repair and operates smoothly. Large lazarette on
starboard (contains refrigeration shelf) and rope locker on port.
Single telegraph engine controls.
Bimini, dodger, isinglass and full cockpit enclosure (great on those wet winter days)
Teak drink holder and; folding table

Ground Tackle:
Lofrans Cayman-88 1000w windlass with chain gypsy and rode windlass.
CQR #35 with 140' high test 5/16" chain spliced to 140' 5/8" Nylon, 280' overall (approx), very heavy duty for storms and deep anchorage. You will sleep comfortably with this set up in all but the worst anchorages and in those you'll only worry about the other guy. 
Bruce 10Kg anchor with 30' BBB 5/16" chain and 350' Nylon rode, .

20' nylon snubber line thimbled eyes both ends with chain hook
Marker ball and line. Extra shackles and short chain for double anchor use.


Sails and Rigging:
Traditional Island Packet cutter rig (not installed) with all sail controls run to the cockpit. 
The mast includes a mast car on integral forward mast track.(not installed)

Staysail and genoa restitched in 2009.(usable but rough condition)

General Comments: This boat is clean for it's age, and has been used regularly. Engine is in good shape and gets about 2L per hour when operated between 5 and 6 knots. It has a Max-Prop very little prop walk and full power in reverse (very nice in the marina) and it has been adjusted for minimum fuel consumption and max power.
